I tried to cancel over a week ago they said it has already been shipped. But the package said it was shipped 3days ago

I bought this item and it’s been over a month and still has not arrived. The seller asked me to wait five more days, if no update, they would issue me a full refund. I waited over a week and then she says I have to continue waiting and when it arrives she will only issue me a 10% refund. Poor poor service as a seller! I escalated it and Etsy issued me a refund, not the seller. Find someone else to order from.

Defective and shipping took so long

Glasses broke in the middle with very little bending. Moreover, it failed multiple copper purity tests. Material used is not pure copper as advertised.

Very clever and interesting item. Recommend this seller.
