This is a beautiful piece, but I wouldn’t recommend it for pets. The copper is too soft and is easily distorted…also a pet could swallow the gem stone when it falls out. I did contact customer service via email, they were very helpful and understanding. In the end I decided to keep mine and wear it myself. I would recommend as a piece of jewelry, but not for an animal.
